Naari prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants; however, we act solely as a facilitator for travel arrangements and experiences. Accordingly:
Third-Party Services: Naari is not responsible for any personal injury, accidents, property loss, or delays caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, bus and train operators, car rental agencies, ferry services, hotels, resorts, or any other accommodation and travel-related entities.
Travel Risks: Participation in trips may involve inherent risks, including changes in weather, road conditions, health emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety, belongings, travel documents, insurance, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
Liability Waiver: A duly signed liability waiver is required from all participants prior to departure. By signing, participants acknowledge that they understand and accept the risks involved and release Naari from any claims arising from incidents related to third-party services or travel conditions.
Insurance Recommendation: Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover accidents, illness, trip cancellations, or property loss.
For the safety and protection of all participants, Naari strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance before the trip. This insurance should cover:
Medical emergencies – hospitalization, treatment, and evacuation if required.
Accidents and injuries – including personal injury during travel or activities.
Trip disruptions – cancellations, delays, or changes beyond the participant’s control.
Loss or damage of personal belongings – luggage, documents, and valuables.
Participants acknowledge that Naari does not assume responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of property during the trip. Securing adequate travel and health insurance is the responsibility of each participant.
Passport and Visa Responsibilities
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid. For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure.
Each traveler is individually responsible for clearing immigration procedures. The travel agency is not liable if a traveler is denied entry, denied immigration clearance, or unable to board their flight.
If multiple travelers book together and one or more fail to obtain a visa while others receive theirs, those with valid visas cannot cancel their participation without following the standard cancellation policy.
Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
All cancellations must follow the agency’s standard booking policy and be completed before the designated no-show period. No cancellations will be accepted once this period begins.
Confirmed bookings for international tours are non-transferable. Replacements are not permitted. Any eligible refunds will follow the agency’s refund policy.
Travel Documentation
Travelers must carry at the start of the tour:
Original passport
Ten (10) photocopies of their National Identity Card
Ten (10) passport-sized photos
Instructions for collecting air tickets will be shared prior to departure. Travelers must arrive on time to receive their tickets and other tour-related instructions.
The agency is not responsible for any issues arising from personal documentation during immigration clearance.
Luggage and Airline Policies
Any luggage exceeding the airline’s allowed weight or size limits will incur additional charges, which are the traveler’s responsibility.
Travelers are required to check and understand airline baggage policies before departure.
Meals and Communication
Food taste and quality abroad may differ from what travelers are accustomed to. Complaints about meals will not be considered.
Travelers are advised to purchase a local SIM card at their own expense. Active communication is essential, and personal shopping or sightseeing will not be permitted without a functioning SIM card.
Special Requests and Grievances
Personal preferences or requests made to tour representatives, drivers, or hosts may not be accommodated. Complaints or grievances arising from unfulfilled requests will not be entertained.
Flight Schedule and Changes
In case of flight schedule changes, travelers will be informed as early as possible.
The agency is not responsible for delays or issues caused by airline or third-party rescheduling.
Legal and Currency Compliance
Travelers must comply with all currency exchange and transportation laws in the destination country.
The agency is not responsible for legal issues resulting from violations of local laws or regulations.
General Guidelines
For tours starting from the agency’s designated office, clients must arrive at the specified time. Missing the scheduled vehicle is the client’s responsibility.
Pick-up and drop-off points will be communicated in advance. Requests for home pick-up or changes will not be accommodated.
Public Transport – Bus, Train, and Domestic Flights
Clients will be informed of exact departure time and location. It is the client’s responsibility to report on time. The agency is not liable if the client misses transport.
Drop-off or arrival locations may vary due to operational conditions. The agency has no control over such changes.
Airport Transport (International Tours)
Clients must arrive at the airport at the specified reporting time. The agency is not liable for missed flights or delays.
Missed Transport Policy
If a client fails to board scheduled transport, arranging alternate transportation is the client’s responsibility.
Delayed Transport Disclaimer
The agency assumes no responsibility for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Ticket Issuance and Non-Participation
If a flight ticket has been issued but the traveler is unable to join the tour for any reason—including visa issues (rejection or delay), political unrest, natural calamities, or pandemic-related concerns—the standard cancellation terms will still apply.
Ticket Cancellation
Any cancellation fees imposed by the airline are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the airline’s rules, ticket class, and fare type.
Ticket Reissue and Modifications
If any changes are required to the flight booking—such as date changes, spelling corrections, or itinerary modifications—the traveler is responsible for all reissue costs as per the airline or travel agency’s policy.
Reissue charges may vary depending on the nature of the modification and the airline’s guidelines.
Naari’s Support
Naari offers guidance and assistance throughout the visa application process, including document review, submission support, and procedural advice. While we strive to make the process as smooth as possible, final approval of the visa is entirely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate.
Embassy Authority
All visa approvals are solely determined by the relevant embassy or consulate. Naari cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Each embassy has its own rules, timelines, and requirements, which may vary depending on nationality, destination, and purpose of travel.
Client’s Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that:
All visa application forms are accurately completed.
Supporting documents (passport, photos, financial statements, invitation letters, etc.) are provided as required.
Any transit visas or additional entry requirements are fulfilled.
Naari will not be liable for any delays, refusals, or entry denials resulting from missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation. Travelers are advised to apply well in advance and follow embassy instructions carefully.
Recommendation
We strongly encourage clients to check embassy websites for the latest visa rules, fees, and processing times, and to apply early to avoid last-minute complications.
